I am a pound down today! I originally wanted to weigh myself in on fridays, but it seems that wednesdays seem to be the day when my weight changes. :)
I went to listen to my Hypnosis CD last night at 8pm and must have fallen asleep (I'm usually in bed by 10). I then Woke up this morning feeling like I was hit by a truck, I finally got the cold that knocked my boyfriend and son off their feet last week. I hopped into a hot shower, and popped 2000 mg of Vitamin C, drank a cup of piping hot coffee and got moving. I feel better already. Boyfriend worries I'm going to wear myself out, but I told him if I don't stay active, I WILL feel worse.
So I got in my 3K walk again this morning and thankfully didn't klutz out this time. My entire left knee is a bruise from my trip on the concrete curb on monday and still hurts like the dickens, but at least it doesn't prevent me from walking.
I stopped at McDonalds on the way into work and grabbed a Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait and a small Orange juice - YUMMY! 300 Calories, not bad for a breakfast at a fast food joint!
Was going to have leftovers for lunch but got invited to lunch. So had a small chili and 5 nuggets from Wendy's (no dipping sauce). For 430 calories.
