Day 5, Week 1 Holiday Cruise to Lose!
(leaving this portion the same as we all need the reminders as T-Day gets closer, LOL) Welp, Turkey Day is upon us! Go ahead and indulge a little. Make sure you drink A LOT of water and try to make the bigger portions on your plates the healthy stuff like turkey without the skin and salad. Then take a little of each of the temptations that you just cannot live without! Make sure one meal is a splurge but not the rest! (well for those of you you have to attend more than one, you will just have to make up for it in other ways! ;))
Commence interesting times, LOL. I will be driving for 6 hours today. So I cut back a little on my breakfast calories because there wil be at least one meal on the road. I need to be inhaling water because of the salt I will probably be eating :) I am looking forward to this trip. It will be challenging a little with diet and exercise, but Mom always has healthy choices and Dave is paacking up the Wii to take with us, so should not be horrific :) The hardest thing will be hitting my month end goals while I am at Mom's for my business. I don't suppose I have any volunteers here? ROFL! Actually I would not because I like the personal touch and the computer is just not a good subsititute for face to face relationships :) But it will be a fun break from my day j.o.b. and seeing mybrothers kids is rejuvenating!
Calories yesterday were good. On the low end of "normal" as I intended. Water Intake was good. Got in 45 minutes on the Wii fit that only leaves 155 for the rest of the week! Wish me luck LOL
Old Man Scale: Back to my low point despite TOM hanging out on the couch. So I think I will hit my goal of 240 by Sunday btu will be hard to tell. I am fairly certain Mom's scale is a bit kinder than the Old Man so I guess I will have to use my weigh-in Monday morning to see. That makes T-Day a little scary, LOL!
High goal: 235 by the 1st of December. 5.5 from now. Definitely a s..t...r...e...t...c...h, esp with Turkey day in the mix, but we shall see ;) This looks doubtful now, BUT I WILL hit 240 by Monday despite turkey Day! ;)
Christmas Challenge Goal:Time to break this one down. Floor goal: Maintain at 240 (It IS the holidays) Midrange goal: lose 5 to 235 Ceiling goal: 230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 10.5 from now!
Next Mini: 240 (.5 lbs from now, WEEEEE) then on down, down down! (My bar should go orange sometime VERY soon, now!)
Go Santa's Reindeer!!!! Rock the Boat Bubbly Blue Belles!
