On Monday the 24th, I started my exercise routine. 30 minutes on the machine a day, three days on, one day off. So far, so good. I'll post what I do later (as I forget the names of the exercises that I focus on), but I have the weight set to 6 (whatever that means). After the third set of three days (being Thursday the 4th), I'm upping it to 7.

I've been maintaining my weight of 204lbs (92.53kg/14.57stone), so I am going to stop focusing on weight and focus on size. I'm going to take my measurements now, and then take them again when I see a significant weight gain/loss [being ± 5lbs (2.27kg/.36stone)].

Neck: 15.5in (same)
Arm: 14in (up .25in)
Arm (flexed): 14.25in (same)
Waist: 38.75in (down 1.5in)
Stomach (around navel): 38.5in (down 2.75in)
Thigh: 25.5in (down 1.75in)
92,5 kg Bisher verloren: 11,8 kg.    Still to go: 1,8 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
