Day 6, Week 2 Holiday Cruise to Lose!
Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health minded Fat Secret Peoples!STILL having trouble with exercise. I went to be at 9:30 which is REALLY early for me. I got nothing done just vegged on my computer game which I don't think I have done in months (at least not before all my other stuff was done) Still doing okay with eating, blessedly. Old Man Scale: Officially in the 230-s this AM YAYYAYAY. Maybe my body needed longer than a 1-2 day break or maybe I am fighting off being sick hence the exhaustion and still losing weight? Holiday Challenges Goals:Floor goal: Maintain at 240 (It IS the holidays) Midrange goal: lose 4.5 to 235 Ceiling goal: 230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 9.5 from now! Next Mini: 235 Go Santa's Reindeer!!!!Rock the Boat Bubbly Blue Belles!

Hmmm... how many months have you been at it? Every few months (2-3) I take a full week off from exercise while keeping up with the diet just to give myself a break and prevent burnout. If it's just lack of motivation, DROP AND GIVE ME TWENTY!!! LOL

Since August. Some is lack of motivation but mostly it is serious exhaustion this week. I feel bad letting my Team down on the exercize Challenge but Loosinsfun is right, sometimes you do have to listen to your body and that is what I am doing right now. I feel a little less tired today but not back to my normal self.

Lots of are "in a funk" with exercise. No excuse. The "Fat" Secret for me is to mix it up -- try something new -- rev up your engine somehow. Let's do it together -- after you buy me a wii for Christmas! Please! Ha!

Just read one of the previous comments about taking a week off from exercise. I never thought about that. Around Thanksgiving time I missed three days of exercise. That strategy did succeed in making me WANT to exercise. The secret is to mix it up. Do lots of different kins of things -- not just the same old thing over and over again! Have a super day!
