Anyone experience tingling on keto? I've had it off and on for a few days. Water intake may be low. Been doing OMAD for a few days too.
137,9 kg Bisher verloren: 7,7 kg.    Still to go: 49,4 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

What is tingling? It is easy to lose electrolytes on keto since we flush cells. So make sure that you have a good amount (normal amount really) of salt. I usually also add a bit of potassium salt (just a little bit) and take magnesium a few times a week. Keep water intake up!! Always good for you.

Oh,,, not really get tingling but can get a bit of cramping if my electrolytes get low

Hands mostly. A little in my feet.

Could be dehydration. Take in lots of water today. If you keto some bone broth is very good as well
