I went off dietwatch mode in August 2008. It's December now and I'm still not in any groove yet. I feel more pudgy than the few pounds I've gained suggest. Time to take control again. I'm starting with the fat sipping Shangri-La method. Aiming for some appetitie suppression. So far, not so much. Sipped oil twice today.
Will get back in the fast-5 mode too, and hopefully, my metobolism will begin to kick in.
Still Jazzercising, but not 5 times a week, only 3 times a week due to leg problems in addition to my bad knee.
