gooooooood morning...got up at 430am..to get ready for a morning walk at 530am...but after breakfast my mind an body was disagreeing...mind said get ready lets go...body said im tired...an im going back to bed...went back to bed, but after 5-10 min...mind won...an i got up an dressed an headed out for a morning walk...brrr...is all i can say...43 and not sure what the wind chill is...as the wind is still blowing...not as bad as the last 2 days, but its gonna be a cooler day today..highs only in the 50s...freeze tonight they are saying...well...i ate before heading outta town yesterday...but when i got to the buffet yesterday i ate like i hadnt ate in several days...i had baked chicken..it was greasy...cheese sandwich...it was hard from being on a steam table...white rice with melted cheese on it..mmmm good i put the cheese on it...easier to get dry rice down...lol...a glass of water...had a salad with it all...then for desert i had bananna pudding, angel food cake with strawberry icing, and some other kind of desert..not sure what it even was...an the last thing i ate was a biscuit...the biscuits they make from that place you could eat a dozen of...thats what they bank on...so you dont eat so much food...but i left not bloated and that was the plan..i hate to eat so much that i feel bloated...came home an had a salad for supper...today weight is just up barely...im sure it will be a water day for sure...get all the extra salt i didnt taste yesterday outta my system...also gonna do several stationary bike rides today...keep in the habit...seems to be easier on my knees when i ride the stationary bike...just get bored so easy even with an my3 player tryin to keep me occupied for 30-40 min...well...have a great day... and keep the ole body moving...the more you sit...the harder it is to stay up an movin...
