I forgot to weigh in this morning. All in all it has been a good week. I didn't really lose this week but no gain and was able to have a big loss early on to get off the bloat. Already can tell a difference in clothes. Now to get the workouts going again. I am also trying to get into see an endocronoligist just to check everything out. I turned 37 this year. General exams and blood work show that all is in check, but a co-worker recently saw a specialist and her thyroids were not in check. Now on medication she has dropped 15 pounds in one month simply taking her thyroid, cutting out sweets, no exercise. She also has more energy and less moody. I know I may be reaching for that magic answer, but less than 2 years ago I was on the right path and then last year nothing I was doing, including exercise and eating right pushed me out of the 150s. Instead of staying with it, I became frustrated, stopped working out and watching food intake and now I am back to 180s....UHHHHHHH

For those new to this site, take a word of advise. STAY WITH THESE FOLKS. I thought I could do it without them and as you can see. I still need the support!!!
