Thank you!! This quarantine has been so hard on everyone. For me it was especially hard because I was doing so well at the gym and clean eating I lost 22lbs by Feb 14th and then bam everything shut down and I got depressed so I ate everything in sight and gained back 20lbs. 😔 So I'm super excited that with clean eating again, hiking and HIIT workouts I am making progress again. I even have my 11yo son clean eating and joining in on the hiking and workouts. He's totally pumped which helps me stay motivated too. 💪🥑😁
