So remember when I said that I get a 3 pound coupon this week from changing scales??? It's saving me from having to show a weight gain today. Now - it's probably from the salty foods I ate yesterday. But a total wake up call for me this morning - time to quit eating all that crap! It's SO cold out this week, with winds up to 60mph... i just want to eat and be warm. I'll get it together. I have to shop for a Christmas dress this weekend, I NEED to get it together.
