Plan for day: IF/Keto/exercise/remember diabetes meds today (metformin and glipizide each meal)
Update: It is storming! A real North Texas storm! Rain in torrents, sheet lightening, thundering with a continuous roll, wind whipping the trees! We haven't had a storm like this in ages. This is like a September or October storm that fills all the dry tanks up overnight. We usually get one like that to end our drought, but not usually August. I'm so glad for the rain, my garden is being blessed, and thank God my hubby made it back from town in the worst of the storm!
But the rain has unleashed a hungry tiger in me. My intermittent fasting has totally gone out the door, blown away by the wind. I am struggling, trying to eat only fatty things! So far my macros are 9/71/20, but I've consumed 1641 calories and its only 7:30 pm! Thank God for peanut butter!
