My challenge on Jump Rope was a success!
I didn't expect that much response with the members of fatsecret but we we're a total of 154. I met a lot of people who are motivators. and it felt great.

In 4 days, the other challenge "DESPICABLE SWIMMER" will start. And though there are less people, I'm equally motivated and excited.

I now have higher motivation. For this week, I only did light exercises. So I hope I can keep up with my motivation.

I will not be sorry for myself. And I hope you do too.

I am just noticing your weight history. Looks like you had weeks where you stayed the same. In fact it looks like up to 4 weeks in a row at one time. You kept on going though and that is great. You are an inspiration to me. I have not had a week yet where I stayed the same but I'm sure I will soon. I will think of you and keep trying.

Thank you Louise. You were actually my encouragement during that time if you can recall. :) Another thing was knowing that you from another point of the planet is praying for me. Now, I understand plateau better.
