Pretty great Labor Day weekend. Other than a couple alcoholic drinks, I stayed away from snacking and kept to my low carb diet other than one night with a baked potato and baked beans, but kept those servings small. I'm very pleased.
I want to try two weeks of serious IF and see how that goes and how I feel. Maybe it's something I want to incorporate.
I feel positive and encouraged.
