I'm proud of myself yesterday in not binging and got to the gym and worked off some aggression and alcohol calories. I actually stayed within my points and was proud of my self control since i've found i'm very much an emotional eatter. I had a talk with the boyfriend and we're going to try and makes things work even though it will be very difficult. Maybe this is the motivation I need to get my act straight and really work hard on myself.

Good job! i'm proud of you too. I'm going through the same thing- i have been binge eating because i have been so stressed and basically an emotional wreck. You can overcome this, just keep a positive attitude and keep up the good work!
