Back on track! I'm having a hard time counting like I was before, but I'm definitely back into my eating routines, and making better choices. I am SO proud of my husband. He has been doing a lot more around the house, especially the laborous duties like shoveling snow and carrying in groceries. Before this journey, these things never happened. He didn't have the energy or the strength. Now, it's in his head that these tasks burns calories. It's great. He went to the doctor today - they are falling all over him for losing 45 pounds. He kept having to refocus them on the issue, rather than his weight loss plan! I'm so happy for him.

My journey seems a little slow lately. It is directly related to my effort though. This week I plan on picking up the Wii fit again & getting back into an active routine. I can't rely on diet alone to get me to my goals.
