My new weight watchers scale has arrived an it weighs me much higher than the taylor scale I got last week. I feel that the weight watchers scale is correct so I need to start over in tracking my weight. I am ok with the new starting weight just have a few more pounds to lose. I hope that I have lost some weight over the last week I will know more next Tuesday as that is when I will next weigh in. Keeping upbeat and positive!

The day has gone very well today I tried some fish sticks I got at costco and really enjoyed them. they were crunchy (i must be missing crunch stuff, time to get some celery) and tasty. I made my own tarter sauce and recorded nutritional values for 6 sticks but was satisfied with only 5. Cooked zucchini with cherry tomatoes and onions, no fats at all, the tomatoes burst and made a great sauce, i only needed to add some salt pepper and garlic seasonings.
