I am reallly getting sick of this shit.
109,2 kg Bisher verloren: 11,0 kg.    Still to go: 23,5 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
Verlust von 1,3 kg pro Woche

Come on Barb, we have got to hang in here! I know you don't know me. I posted on your thread on the Atkins Web site. I usually don't post very much or at all on there. But I have done Atkins several times. And oh how I regret coming off of it and gaining the weight back! It's like I lose the same 20 pounds over and over. I don't want to do that this time, and I hope we can help each other? We can do this Barb :D

I don't understand....you've lost 2.2 pounds in the last week! What am I missing??? Even though it's hard, try to look at the bigger picture and don't sweat the daily fluctuations you see on the scale. You're on the right track and doing very well - whether you believe it or not!

Stop weighing yourself every single day. You're freaking yourself out. Instead, pick one day a week to weigh-in. Don't get so discouraged - you've done well! Be patient with your body; it's been patient with you for a long time. Chin up - positive attitude. Hang tough - you've got a wedding dress to look hot in...in MEXICO!

I third the notion of not weighing every day... it will drive you mad. Journal as much as you want, log your food... but just say no to the multi weigh ins... too emotionally taxing.

From one Barb to another...suspense with the daily weigh-ins. Id di that for along time, drives you crazy. Hopefully you took some before pictures and measurements. I get more encouragement from how my clothes fit differently and how I have lost a huge amount of inches vs weight. I weigh weekly and measure monthly. Spend more time concentrating on planning your meals and journaling, less time freaking out about the scale. Come on...you are doing great!

I can't weigh in daily, I am somewhat obsessive, I would just see the scale and need to hop on, talk about making myself insane....now I hide the scale, and step on only weekly...:) Your doing great!

Thanks guys.. sorry again didn;t realize you all commented, soo sweet of you. Maybe I really should not weigh every day...I do it to see my patterns.... but lately it is one big blah lol.
