Ruthe thank you for your comments to my journal. Yes only one that has been through an "up down up down all around" weight issue can appreciate what we go through. I am so thankful for this site and the support of ALL here. It is a tough journey but I am determined this time. A steak day sounds super, I am having steak & cottage cheese today plus a few other foods allowed on my woe. I really like this Dukan Plan and will keep doing it as long as it is working. Take care & stay strong :-)

Its probably just fluid ruthe everybody seems to be having issues with up and down weight loss especially me keep up what your are doing you are doing great be blessed
