BROKE RECORD FOR MOST WORKOUTS IN A YEAR. 140/13/26.5 this morning. Hips feel fine, after not working out for 4 days, due to hip pain and work. This workout beats my 2019 workout record last year. So I've got that going for me, which is nice.
