I read through some of your post. I would be more then happy to help you build a sustainable diet that actually works. Binge eating is something that can be solved. Your soooo not a bad person because you can’t keep your body exactly where you want it. Let’s build you a game plan that works for ever not for the moment.

Alright homie! First thing first we need to show you how to eat food that is filling and satisfying so that you curb those urges to over eat. What typically happens is that we tend to starve our selfs intentionally or unintentionally through out the day and then the hormone ghrelin decides to punch us. Ghrelin is commonly called the hunger hormone that tells us to eat. Soooo how do we curb Ghrelin you ask? Great question hahaha. We eat low calorie high dense foods. Foods that fill our belly’s and satisfy our our taste buds. We need to figure out exactly what you want to do. Do you want to loose a few pounds? If so how many and then we need to figure out how many calories you should be eating. Then decide what kick ass foods to make? French toast? Pizza? Huge chicken salad? Protein ice cream? Who knows
