This is my highest recorded weight since pre weight loss. Lots of factors, no excuses. I was never NOT aware of slipping into old habits! I am not happy about the up trend. However, it could be much worse. I still exercise almost daily and am still very conscious of what I am eating...even when I know I shouldn't be! THAT my friends is why my intake logs have been empty! No grand proclamations, just trying to get back to basics. Less in more out. Track what I eat. Maybe talk to my FS buddies more!
