Any loss is good to me even 100gm. I have promised myself no more fat birthdays. I know that l will have weeks where l gain weight just so long as l have more weeks where they go down, the ups wont be so bad.

No more fat birthdays sounds like a great goal to plan for! 😀🌟🎊🎈🎉 Mine is in mid-March, so I’ll do some calculations and see what weight loss I can realistically achieve over the next 15 weeks. Though just guesstimating, I reckon between 12-15 kg 🎯 Not impossible ⚗️
