it's okay. we're all in the same boat...with these occasional setbacks, disappointments, and frustrations. the process is painful, emotionally, at times...but the pain is also our fuel to keep going, right? the trick is to stay the course, get back on when you fall off...it's a process...you got this!  

That’s what we do sometimes. That’s why we have Fat Secret Family to share with. Then we decide to get back to our healthy way of eating and move forward to a lifestyle that we crave . Please don’t look backwards only forward to one meal at a time one day at a time because that’s how you will succeed! Hope something I said encouraged you Have a wonderful day and be safe 🙋🏻‍♀️😊😷 

It can happen...it has to me before twice....just start over.

You can turn it around. I backslid myself this past week and am working to correct it, so you're not alone.

Just did the same thing! It sucks but we can turn it around. 

It happens but you got this! You did it once you can do it again! Happened to me lost 60 gained 70 back over 5 years.  

I just want to thank you all for this 🥲 this comments mean so much. And I added the weight back here because it’s gotten to the point that I just don’t feel like myself. And if I’ve done it before. I can do it again. It’s just so much harder now  

Let it go. It’s not about whether we fall down or face challenges, it’s about how we respond to them. You got this! Forgive yourself and get back up. Welcome back! 🙂 

One day st a time. Sometimes one hour at a time. In my case it’s all in my head. You can do it. You’ve proved it. 

Love yourself, don't be angry, nothing to be ashamed. We are only human. I gained nine kg since April. This is your journal and reminder to keep going. FS friends will support you. The rest comments are from bad jealous something! 🎄😃 Take care 😷 

We all have set backs. I gained back 60 pounds. It happens. We pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and get back to work.  

Don’t blame yourself or give up. Keep going and get going again.

I've tried it.. solved my GERD but I still eat too much to lose weight... Whatever you do just decide to feel good about yourself and good luck!
