Hard to know what is food from yesterday and what is true gain, not to mention I am retaining water and such of course with the baby. I looked back at my history and my last pregnancy with my daughter I had given birth at 228 pounds. So, I’m right around the same if I can just maintain. That has been my motto all along 😊 very bad nausea this pregnancy, they call it hyper emesis. So I eat when I am able to and I need to be careful not to make those meals too much because then that sets off my nausea again. Otherwise housework and child care have been really all the exercise I’ve been needing. And I continue to do my floor exercises several times a day. Very gentle, low impact, lots of stretches. Think Pilates with a Beachball attached to your belly.

You’re doing great mama! I didn’t even know what exercise was till after both my kids were born. Do what you can and be confident in your choices. You’re taking great care of your baby’s current home and that’s so much more than a lot of people do 💕. You’ll have a head start on the game when your baby is born too.
