I was pleasantly surprised this morning, when I got on the scale. I am down one pound. 😃 I battled with myself because I felt like I didn't stick to plan that well this week. I kept making excuses and tried to come up with reasons why I shouldn't get on the scale. (I do not want to be disappointed in myself again). Then, I finally told myself, "You have to stick to your original goal of getting to 140 pounds. So, face the truth, and move on!" So I did it, I faced the truth and stood on the scale, and am down 1 pound. I am so glad I am sticking to this journey. Have a fabulous week all!🤠
