I was def surprised . I figured since I only loss .2 last week and had more calories this week that I would gain and I've also been losing and gaining the same .2 the last few weeks . Now if I can just keep from gaining next week. Going to see family for dinner tomorrow so that may take care of the loss lol. I'm going to try and keep calories down but it's hard when you can't measure for accuracy. If I could just get motivated and get back on treadmill it might help .
