I’ve been back on track since Wednesday, and I’m feeling so much better. It’s amazing what a couple of lbs can do! I know I’m up from yesterday, but I’m not gonna sweat it! I was watching a movie with my son and husband last night late, and at midnight we decided to pop popcorn. I looov old fashioned pop-corn popped in a pot on the stove! So,I knew the salt and butter would get me and the breaking my rule of eating after 8 pm wouldn’t help. I almost didn’t weigh myself, but I have to see the numbers to stay in control. I gotta say guys, you have really helped motivate me getting back on track this week! Hope you all have a wonderful day! We can do this! One table shove at a time! 😆
