Thank you skydiverjim. It is never really easy but once the habit is established I don’t even really have to think about it anymore. My goal is to eat healthier foods that are good for me MOST of the time and less healthy or less conducive to overall weight control just once in a while. I don’t deprive myself of something if I really want it, but I also really do follow portion control.
