Hey, Slacker! Youv'e been doing great -- dipping just below 200 before the holidays. How'd it all go? Did you put any back on? No worries if you did, the holiday pounds should come off easier than the first time. I hope things are going well for you.

Hi Rob It's going well thanks, the holidays were up and down. To many nice things to eat but I received a fitbit for Christmas, so the exercise (walking) has increase alot. I still want to lose 20kg's (44 pounds i think i am correct with that). Thanks for the support!

Ahhh, a Fitbit is great. I've been thinking of getting that or something like it. Let me know how you like that one, and if it seems to give you a pretty good RDI. Finding my body's RDI (what I'm actually using every day) is so hard to get. I'd be interested even if it can only do that. Which one did you get, is it the Fitbit Flex? Good luck!!! And I'll cheer you on for another 20kg. That's about what I have yet to lose too (and maybe another 8 or 9kg after that, I'll figure that out when I get there). We're going to do it this year!
