Good Morning! I need to practice patience. I am officially on a plateau. Oh well it is not as if I have not been here before. Staying the same weight for a couple days in a row (even a week) is normal. We don't lose every day. If you stay the same for weeks on end, then you know you are at a plateau. Keep eating healthy and exercising and I bet you see the scale move soon. Good luck!
