I knew going out with the ladies was gonna be an up swing on the scales... I'm a sucker for Italian!! Yum yum! Will get back on track shortly... mostly comfort foods since hubby passed away... these 3 pounds going up and down the scales are no biggy compared to what I've been going thru.
Made appointment to see the Diet Doc again in 2 weeks. I figure by then I'll be able to get back on track and get the weight off again.
