I know, it’s frustrating! 🤯 The plateau seems to go on forever, then one day 💥 and you’re a kilo or so lighter!

Try cut cycles. Thats what I do when I hit a plateau. You raise your calorie intake for about a week and then drop them again. Your body is like 😳 and drops the weight.
