Well, yesterday was the first of my weekly fasts. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, I kept myself very busy (my house is pretty clean lol). This week I plan to use high and low carb days with a fast day on Sunday. I need to work my schedule to get to the gym more than 3 times, I hope to make it 6 times this week.

Thanks Jenfar! The first 10 was mostly holiday craziness. Just two pounds a week the last two weeks. My secret is FS and all of the Buddies sharing and helping each other stay motivated. So in a way, my secret is you! This mornings weigh in was after a fast day so really, I'm sure that I'm about flat week over week but we will take it. Hope you can get out for a run today!
