Starting from the beginning again to get back on track. So far I've learned to stay away from BBQS and alcoholic beverages. Every time I indulge in either one, the weight gain comes about. If I do grilled food, it needs to be without the BBQ sauce or use a sugar free BBQ sauce. No more than one alcoholic beverage on special occasions. I plan to do soup and salads this week to get back on the right track. Wish me luck and have a wonderful day, FS!

I have similar issues! the pizza gets me too. try vodka with lime juice, some cut up strawberries and lime seltzer. it's really nice for 100 calories. bloody Mary's are pretty good too with olives and dill pickles
