Another kilo bites the dust, to paraphrase Queen. Moving into weight territory I haven't been in for a long while now - and its great :) Im going to need another hole in my belt, and the business clothes I wear will only be good for another couple of weeks or so - they are too big and baggy; luckily I still have some 'skinnier clothes' as I don't want to buy a new wardrobe yet, still a long way to go. But its really good to know that that light at the end of the tunnel is NOT an oncoming train. After last week, this is a brilliant week (so far) and I feel fantastic.
