I have a new job, I can't go to the gym 6 days a week for over an hour at a time, I am no longer a veggetarian. I am able to use the gym at my work on my lunch break. i have been running 1 mile and then doing 20 minutes of training. It's not very much but with consistancy I have maintained my weight. I am looking to return to 135. I felt great there, my clothes fit and I looked healthy. I am back at it now that the holidays are over!
