It’s Friday!!!! I’ve now started the task of building muscle. I’m eating more protein and have started slowly with weights. I have a trainer ( who takes a lot ) but I have a long journey to replace the lovely bat wings and extra skin. Enjoy the weekend!

I’m following you I. Your journey Jane. Congratulations on your successes so far! I too need to start some rebuilding of muscle to tone up my arms a bit. For some reason I seem to be stalling the start though 🤷♀️
