Thanks for that. Hadn't thought about that, but I know thats true. Now it's back to the drawing board. I'm looking forward to some fun in the sun next week. This weekend is an "indoor dragon boat festival". There will be some very highly competitive teams ( my husbands team is one of them). Great exercise and fun. Two competing dragon boat teams in two boats in an Olympic size swimming pool doing a "tug of war" competition, sponsored by the Canadian Cancer Society. 60 teams total. Hope to burn a few calories and enjoy friendly team spirit. Creative ways to have fun in the middle of winter!! Life is good.
