What a relief to lose weight despite snacking on a handful of veggie straws while waiting until 7:30pm for Don to grill pork loin, and also I had a little taffy craving before I was done preparing meals and cleaning the kitchen. Perhaps setting and planning my meals at 1200 calories is at a deficit to where I can still lose weight if I go a couple of hundred calories over.
