I exceeded my maintenance calories by eating icecream, and more carbs than I had planned for dinner. I ended the day with approximately 2000 kcals, explaining the 1 lb of weight gain. I also did a lot of walking to and from the festival, as well as played in the water with Bohdan. Therefore, I'm going back on my 1200 calorie plan today, and be more disciplined in following the maintenance plan on weekends / events.
