I ate over 1800 calories, and burnt 170 KCALS doing HIIT for 15 minutes on the eliptical yesterday.

I was ravenous yesterday afternoon. Planned meals and snacks weren't enough to keep me satisfied. Then friends invited us to a new restaurant, and the salads looked no better than what I can make at home, so I ordered a cbicken pesto sandwhich, which cqme with delicious fries and dipping sauce. I ordered unsweetened ice tea, though. Then I finished the free cupcake that my son didn't want anymore. If I had known we were going out, I would have planned better and not have snacked before going out, it could habe lessened my calories to maintenance. Or had eaten less at dinner. The cupcake alone probably put me over the top. Perhaps I could have adjusted my intake on the way home, and that would have made me decide not to eat the cupcake. I think I wanted to try it because it was Stacie's Cakes, and I've never had her cakes despite being a local business for years. It was a moist, fudge stuffed cupcake, but still not worth the weight gain.
