Last 3 weeks I've been working on a critical project 7 days a week. Food brought in for lunch and supper. Any time not at work I've been trying to sleep. Very little exercise. Project ended Thursday. I made it to the gym on the weekend. I'm a little stiff. Also bought groceries so I can take lunch to work. I'm so sick of restaurant food. Monday is day 1 of getting back to my normal routine and life.
68,0 kg Bisher verloren: 12,2 kg.    Still to go: 6,8 kg.    Diät befolgt: Schlecht.
Zunahme von 0,4 kg pro Woche

Hope you're doing well with the work lunches! That's soooo hard! I know what you mean - I'm having a hard time finding exercise time too - just stick to the diet and fit the exercise in when you can - great job going to the gym on the weekend! More than I did!
