Been working really hard at the gym but my weight seems to have stayed the same. ....
I am feeling positive about this result because I was weighed on different scales at work, a different time of day (much later) AND I had just drunk 500ml of water. I don't want to make excuses but I am overall happy with this week.
Still got 46lbs to go which is a bit depressing but I will carry on working hard and getting fit.
