Well, 193lbs. Doc wants me to get to 170, I am beginning to believe I might be able to pull this off. This website and the people on it have been great and supportive. I am so glad to have found it. So, here's to being 170 by years end and telling my doctor I won't need my nexium anymore (I had reflux til I dropped the weight, a pleasant surprise) and my migraines haven't hit me in months. People here have been great inspirations and have shhown my lazy butt that you can change. Thanks everyone.
