Well gained a few, but thankfully not too bad. I am still not where I am, but not at all where I used to be. I started working out again this week, doing strength training that is. I have been keeping up with my walks, just not lifting and keeping my cals at a deficit. August was a trying month as I had to get used to my oldest being moved out the house going to a university. That shit is so bittersweet. I am so damn proud, but miss her daily hugs, her smiles, hearing her I love yous, just her whole self in my home. Anyway, I am at peace now knowing she is happy, and that she has a fantastic roommate, and has made friends. So now mama can get back to business and work on herself. Have a great Labor Day Weekend! Whatever your goals are for this week, I hope you smash them!
