Been a little while since being on here. Literally I thought the scale would be worse than this. My eating habits have been over sized portions. And creeping more sugar back into my diet. I can tell when this happens I tend to be more achey and non motivated. Time to get back in control of my eating habits and start recording meals again. Have a blessed Sunday.
