I'm thrilled. l0 lbs in just over two weeks. I know I can't continue at this rate, but it is such an inspiring start. I've been 100% on induction. I'm going to move into OWL, so adding carbs at 5 grams per day and staying there for one a week. I'm hoping I can eventually move to 45 or 50 grams a day, where I can add in some fruit and an occasional latte - the two things I really miss. I think for a treat this week I might look for some raspberries. Because they are so high in fiber, they are a really good place to start with fruit. I normally don't buy them out of season, but if it helps keep me going. Good luck everyone.
