I have been maintaining a weight between 218 and 219 without track in my food. I've just been so focused on transitioning to my new job, the puppy, Bohdan starting a new school year, and his extracurricular activities, that I haven't had time to meal plan. I think I should intuitively eat to maintain weight loss by portion control macronutrients, eat when hungry, and avoid temptatiously sweet and fatty food and drinks until I have time to lose weight again.
