Too darn tired to even think. Don't know what to eat. Trying to eat fresh fruits and veggies, meats and cheeses. Avoiding processed foods as much as possible. Experiencing joint pain and muscle weakness more frequently. Leery of supplements too - there's so much information pro/con, it's confusing. Where to go for good reliable information? Suspect thyroid.
