Got a bit stuck. Had a death in the family and got off balance a while BUT still hanging in there!!!
Working continually with pushing water (8 8oz glasses a day) Activity up (some form of exercise each day, whether it's gym, walking or cleaning projects) Chewing slowly (counting chews and taking time between bites) Calorie deficit (was off balance but stabilized myself again at 1200 per day) Protein up (this can be challenging while staying in my calorie range)
It's going a lot slower lately but it's moving in the right direction at least!
